Shahadat Hossain is a practicing Advocate of the Courts of Bangladesh and a qualified Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

In 2013, Shahadat Hossain graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor in Laws and has been enrolled as an Advocate since 2016. Additionally, he has a reputation amongst his peers of exceptional performance during his time in the Bar Professional Training Course in Cardiff University.

Prior to joining Khan Saifur Rahman & Associates, he was active in multiple chambers since graduating from University of London, which enabled him to attain a diverse knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal profession. During his long tenure in KSRA, Shahadat Hossain has assisted the Head of the chamber in multiple landmark cases such as the Pyal Murder case and all international/local arbitration & mediations.

He renowned for his remarkable execution in both litigation and corporate practices which mainly comprises of Judicial Review, Corporate & Commercial; International & Commercial Arbitration; Civil and Criminal Litigation.
