Khalid Been Ahmad is a practicing Advocate of the Courts of Bangladesh, a qualified Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and certified mediator trained by the ADR-ODR International.
Khalid Been Ahmad completed his Bachelor of Laws from University of London in 2013. He has been enrolled as an Advocate since 2016. Furthermore, he has successfully pursued his Master's degree (LLM) in Criminology from Dhaka University, the experience from which enabled him to properly comprehend the impact of psychopathology on criminal behaviour. While pursuing the Bar Professional Training Course from University of West of England (UWE BRISTOL), Khalid Been Ahmad had obtained outstanding results in both Civil litigation and Criminal litigation. Furthermore, as a professional mediator qualified by ADR- ODR International, he is authorized to perform negotiations, mediation, and arbitration. He is equipped with the necessary skills to critically analyze and negotiate through conflicts.
During his long tenure in Khan Saifur Rahman & Associates, Khalid Been Ahmad has been involved in several landmark cases that had been conduct by the chambers such as the Tareque Masud –Mishuk Munir murder case and others. He has been performing exceptionally both in his litigation and corporate works. His areas of expertise are Banking; Corporate & Commercial; International & Commercial Arbitration and Civil/Criminal Litigation.
